Perm Tex provides a smooth, sandable surface, eliminating problems often caused by porosity variations between finished joints and untreated gypsum wallboard paper.

Any drywall surface to be decorated with gloss paints, or subject to severe lighting conditions, should be treated. Surfaces to be finished smooth, with no texture, whether flat or gloss finish is specified, should likewise be treated. This product is also recommended for use prior to application of texture to minimize texture pattern variation. Made in USA.
