Hamilton Drywall Products Ultra-Fill is a light weight gypsum plaster based compound used for pre-filling, leveling, patching and filling interior walls and ceilings. Ultra-Fill mixes very easily without lumps, has excellent work-ability, is very 'buttery' and easy to push. It provides good coverage, excellent set characteristics, good scrapability, double coat time and compressive strength. When a very smooth surface is desired, Ultra-Fill can be top-coated with any Hamilton Drywall compound.

Ultra-Fill can be used and adheres well to concrete, plaster, drywall, brick or any other properly prepared, clean and sound substrate. All surfaces must be firm, clean, dry and free of foreign substances.

This product has an approximate working time of 50-60 minutes, set time of 60-80 minutes and scrapability/double coat time of approximately 8-10 minutes post initial set time.

• Thickness of mixed material, mixing time, temperature (air and/or water)
• Remixing or re-tempering
• Hardness of water
• Dirty tools, intermixing of materials
• Humidity and previously mixed or set Ultra-Fill
